The staff at Floral Expressions was professional and very easy to work with. The Valentine’s floral arrangement I bought for my mother was beautiful, but the lined wood box container leaked a lot, and a few of the plants dried out very quickly. I called the shop to ask to have the container, and hopefully some of the flowers and greenery that dried out replaced. They asked me to take it back to the shop, so I did, and they not only gave me a ceramic container, they remade the arrangement with some of the original flowers that were still just great, and replaced the others with bright, fresh flowers. I would absolutely use this florist again, and recommend them to people looking for a florist who stands behind their work.

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement and flowers were as pictured. Delivered before lunchtime on Valentine's Day; receiver's co-workers were green with envy all day ;) Second time I've ordered flowers for delivery with Floral Expressions and will again.
