Hello, I am very impressed with Gracie who assisted me with my online order. I had a special request on the delivery situation with my son being in school and a very busy schedule. The flower were beautiful and the customer service was excellent. 4 stars because there were 3 flowers that were broken when delivered. I would use them again but will probably pick up myself.
