I recently ordered 2 arrangements for my brother's funeral service. The one arrangement was stunning. The flowers were fresh and it was exactly as pictured. The second arrangement was disappointing. There were dead flowers and greenery and was much smaller than pictured. I reached out to floral expressions and they expressed their sincere apologies. They also made it right immediately. I appreciate customer service like this. I realize things like this happen and their prompt action earns them 5 stars in my book. I will definitely use them in the future.
